To ensure high‑quality care and to protect the time reserved exclusively for your session, the following booking and cancellation terms apply.
Booking & Payment
A 40% non‑refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your session.
The deposit reflects the preparation time involved and the difficulty of filling cancelled appointments at short notice. Requiring the remaining balance 72 hours before your session ensures that your appointment time is fully reserved for you.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
I understand that plans can change. To keep things fair and transparent:
More than 72 hours’ notice
You may reschedule once without charge.
If you choose to cancel, your balance (minus the deposit) will be refunded.
Less than 72 hours’ notice
The full session fee may be charged if the appointment cannot be rebooked.
If I am able to fill the slot, only the deposit will be retained.
No‑shows (no prior notice received)
The full session fee is charged, as the appointment time cannot be rebooked and the full cost of the session is lost.
Additional Information
This policy exists because it is generally very difficult to backfill cancelled sessions, and consistency is essential for effective dietetic support.
I cannot extend appointments where you are late, as another person may be waiting after you. Please join your session a couple of minutes before the start time to ensure you are on time.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session may need to be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation or no-show (as above), depending on whether notice was given. Exceptions may be made at the practitioner’s discretion in exceptional circumstances.
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I truly value your commitment to your health. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Thank you for prioritising your wellbeing — your appointment time is your dedicated space to focus on rebuilding your relationship with food and your body.
Discovery calls:
Discovery calls are offered free of charge and can be highly sought after. These can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, so that the slot can be offered to someone else if you can no longer attend.
-
Please reach out through the contact form on the “Work With Me” page to schedule a discovery call or an initial appointment!
-
All appointments are held online, via Google Meet. This is so that I can reach anyone, from anywhere in the UK and internationally
-
This is highly individual and depends on the amount of support you need. I would recommend at least 3 follow-up sessions after your initial appointment to be able to have sufficient time to truly get to know you and work on the changes you want to achieve.
I have needed to support some people over a period of several months or years to enable them to fully recover from an eating disorder or disordered eating, or to help them to address eating challenges and ensure the changes they have made remain sustainable
-
Yes! I support people from all backgrounds, from most countries.
The only exclusions to this are unfortunately people based in the US or Canada at this time.

Recovering from an eating disorder or healing your relationship with food isn't simply about knowing what to eat. It's about understanding how nutrition, physical health, emotions, life experiences and the way your brain works all influence your relationship with food.
As a Specialist Registered Dietitian, I combine evidence-based nutrition with a compassionate, personalised approach to help you make lasting changes that feel achievable in real life.
Whether you're recovering from an eating disorder, navigating disordered eating, or finding food difficult because of ADHD, autism or other neurodivergent experiences, my role is to help you understand why eating feels difficult and work alongside you to find an approach that genuinely works for you.
Together, we might work on:
Restoring your physical health safely by meeting your nutritional needs and supporting your body's recovery, as a “side-effect” to improving your relationship with food.
Reducing anxiety around food and gradually challenging unhelpful food rules in a way that feels manageable.
Making sense of nutrition by cutting through myths, social media misinformation and diet culture to help you make informed, confident choices.
Understanding your unique relationship with food, including how emotions, routines, sensory differences, executive functioning or other neurodivergent traits may influence eating.
Building practical strategies that fit your lifestyle, making eating feel more manageable, flexible and sustainable.
Developing confidence and independence, so that over time you can trust yourself and maintain a positive relationship with food long after our work together ends.
As recognised by NICE guidelines, dietitians play a key role in the multidisciplinary treatment of eating disorders, providing specialist medical nutrition therapy, monitoring physical health and supporting nutritional rehabilitation as part of evidence-based care.
Above all, my goal isn't to give you another set of food rules. It's to help you build the knowledge, confidence and trust to nourish yourself in a way that supports both your physical and mental wellbeing, within a framework that recognises that weight is not the single most important factor in recovery

Yes, you can bring another person with you to our sessions, however sometimes, to support you the best I can, I may need to speak to you alone. Please discuss this with me when making appointments.

I accept self-referrals as well as referrals from GPs, therapists, and other professionals.

I aim to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and genuinely supportive - while also being active, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward.
I don’t believe that recovery is achieved by focusing on weight alone. In my work, the priority is helping you rebuild a genuinely healthy, peaceful relationship with food. As that relationship heals, changes in weight or body shape may happen - but they’re treated as natural side effects, not the goal of our work together.
My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and grounded in understanding. I know how vulnerable it can feel to talk about food, your body, and your relationship with eating, so we go at a pace that feels manageable for you.
As someone with ADHD myself, I understand that traditional nutrition advice doesn't always work for neurodivergent brains. My own experience helps me think creatively and adapt sessions so they genuinely work for you.
In our sessions, we might:
explore your relationship with food and how it has developed
build your understanding of nutrition and how it supports both physical and mental health
work together to create realistic, supportive plans that help you move towards your goals
identify and gently challenge beliefs or patterns that may be keeping you stuck
develop practical strategies to help you feel more confident, consistent, and at ease with eating
My role is to work alongside you, so that over time, you can build a more stable, flexible, and trusting relationship with food that lasts.
Above all, this work is about helping you feel more nourished, more in control, and more able to live your life beyond food and eating.
