Including Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID, Bulimia Nervosa, Type 1 Disordered Eating/Diabulimia, OSFED
Eating Difficulties and Disordered Eating
In all forms - including rigid or restrictive food rules (e.g. orthorexia) and feeling out of control around food, or a strained relationship with food that has developed alongside a physical or mental health condition, or alongside neurodiversity
Neurodivergent Individuals
Including ADHD, Autism, and OCD. Where food, routines, ‘healthy eating” or “normal eating” feel challenging, and you may experience difficulty with your relationship with food and/or body image
