Ready to rebuild your relationship with food and discover food freedom?
Meet Franki
I know how exhausting it is to have a difficult relationship with food. It takes over your life.
I'm Franki, a Specialist Dietitian with over 5 years' experience in the NHS, supporting people with eating disorders, disordered eating and the unique eating challenges that come with neurodivergence.
Having recovered from my own difficult relationship with food, exercise and body image, and as a neurodivergent individual myself, I combine lived experience with specialist clinical expertise to help you rebuild trust in food, your body and yourself.
Whether you're recovering from an eating disorder, struggling with chronic dieting or binge eating, or finding food difficult because of ADHD, autism or OCD, my support is always personalised, evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming - No judgement. No rigid food rules. Just practical support tailored to you!
