I support people from all backgrounds who are struggling with their relationship with food - this may include:

Eating Disorders

  • Including Anorexia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, ARFID,  Bulimia Nervosa, Type 1 Disordered Eating/Diabulimia, OSFED

Eating Difficulties and Disordered Eating

  • In all forms - including rigid or restrictive food rules (e.g. orthorexia) and feeling out of control around food, or a strained relationship with food that has developed alongside a physical or mental health condition, or alongside neurodiversity

Neurodivergent Individuals

  • Including ADHD, Autism, and OCD. Where food, routines, ‘healthy eating” or “normal eating” feel challenging, and you may experience difficulty with your relationship with food and/or body image
