Hi, I’m Franki

I’m a Specialist Registered Dietitian (M(Nutr), RD) with over 5 years’ experience in the NHS — and many more years spent living with the voice that told me that being “healthier”, “better” and “worthier” meant being thinner, eating less, exercising more, and cutting out more and more foods.

This lead me into a difficult relationship with food and my body, in which I experienced body dysmorphia and got caught up in cycles of restrictive dieting, “clean” or rigid eating, binge eating, and over-exercising. This took a toll on my friendships, relationships, energy, and my ability to train for and compete in the sport I love.

Now, I know what it feels like to build a different relationship with food and my body

Today, I use both my clinical training and expertise, and lived experience to help others to build a genuinely healthy, more flexible, and more peaceful relationship with food — and, in turn, with their bodies.

My approach is always personalised, and as a neurodivergent individual myself, I understand that food and eating can be uniquely complex when your brain works differently. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to health, nutrition, or recovery, and I work with you to find what is sustainable and supportive for your life and your goals.

So, if you’re looking to feel safer with food, you don’t have to do this alone.

My Core Values:

Specialist Support

Anyone recovering from an eating disorder, resolving disordered eating, or wanting a healthier relationship with food and their body deserves expert support from a qualified Specialist Dietitian.

You Don’t Need a Diagnosis To Deserve Help

Disordered eating can harm health even before a clinical diagnosis develops. I help people across the full spectrum, from early struggles to those who have experienced eating disorder/s for years.

I Care

Having overcome my own disordered eating, I understand how deeply it can affect your life, relationships, and wellbeing. I’m passionate about helping you find freedom with food and feel more at ease in your body.

Health First

A difficult relationship with food can hold you back from living fully. My approach is grounded in evidence-based nutrition, ensuring your health and wellbeing is always the priority.

Neuro-affirmative Support

As someone with ADHD, I draw on both lived and clinical experience and recognise that there is no one “right” way to eat. I support you to find an approach that works for you.

De-normalising Disordered Eating

Diet culture “norms” in society often disguise disordered eating as “normal.” I help you unlearn these messages and build a genuinely healthy, sustainable relationship with food.

Empowerment

My aim is to help you feel confident and capable in your choices around food. Together, we’ll build the knowledge, skills, and trust you need to maintain a positive relationship with food long after our work together ends.
